In our survey to 22,000 families on our email list, we also asked them to rate their satisfaction level with the amount of college-oriented guidance their students were getting in high school. Well, on a scale of 0 to 10, the average satisfaction score among respondents was a measly 3.9 out of 10.
So in this brief 10-minute video, we really want to unpack this topic a little bit and explore WHY most families feel like they’re not getting enough guidance (hint: in most cases, it’s NOT actually the school's college guidance counselor's fault).
